Information you provide directly:
- Contact and sign-up forms: name, email address, phone number
- Birthday party bookings: name, email, phone, children's names and ages, event details, and payment information
- Liability waivers: name, signature, and related details for the children in your party
- Field trip inquiries: organization name, contact name, email, phone, and group size
Information collected automatically:
Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) collected by Vercel Analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising tracker.
Payment information:
Credit and debit card details are collected and processed directly by Square. Diggers Cove does not store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill bookings and reservations and communicate about them
- Send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and receipts
- Send marketing emails and/or text messages only if you have opted in
- Maintain liability waiver records as required for the operation of the facility
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Improve our website and services
3. Marketing Communications
Email marketing: If you check the email opt-in box on any of our forms, we will add you to our email marketing list and may send you news, promotions, and updates about Diggers Cove.
SMS/text message marketing: If you check the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Diggers Cove at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of email:click “Unsubscribe” in any email we send.
To opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help.
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to your bookings.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business. Each has its own privacy policy.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate our business and comply with legal obligations. Waiver records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Children's Privacy
Diggers Cove is a children's play facility. We collect information about children only as part of liability waivers and birthday party bookings, and only from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
